My loving wife Apphia shall have use of my estate during her widowhood;

I give my land to be equally divided between my sons Richard & Waterman.

I give to my daughter Elizabeth my negro boy _____ & 2 heifers.

I give my negro Daniel to my dtr Joannah, if she die without issue then to Richard.

I give my negro boy Dule to my dtr Sarah Ann, if she die without issue then to Richard.

I give my negro boy Tom to my dtr Nancy, if she fail of issue then said negro to dtr Elizabeth.

My sons Richard & Waterman shall have their choice of a cow a piece the remainder of my estate to equally divided among my children at death of my wife or day of her marriage.

I give to son Henry to have negroes Kate & Hanna & all their increase, but if Henry die without issue then negroes to son Waterman.

No executor to be named.
